A WHOLE LOT OF FUN!
Today the kids and I went to our friend Jen's open house. She built a new building and had a open house for her employees and patients. She is our dentist. The kids had so much fun! They got to jump in the balls, get their faces painted, and watch a magician do some magic. I thought the face painter did a wonderful job. Of course they all wanted snakes on their faces. It was a lot of fun. We haven't been out to dinner in awhile with Steve and Jen so it was good to be able to see them and see their cute little girls. The last picture I took Tarrin had just seen the magician do a cool trick. You can't tell he was having a good time can you.

WYATT THE SNAKE HUNTER #3
I have to admit this snake freaked me out a little bit. It was huge! Wyatt and his friend Zoe came running up to me in the backyard with this huge snake. I thought they were showing me a fake snake until they got closer. I ran and got my camera and hurried and took a picture and then told them to please let it go. I took another one as it was slithering away. When I sent the pictures to Kevin at work, He wanted to know why I didn't measure it. I guess I didn't think about it when it was trying to strike all of us. I'm glad it was just a really big Gardner snake. We then had to have the talk about not just picking up every slimy creature that we see. Some can be very dangerous. There is never a dull moment at my house. I can't believe Wyatt is on snake number three and it's not even July.

SWIMMING LESSONS
We made it through the first week of swimming lessons. Trey was a little shy the first day and wouldn't go in his class but I think he was just tired from his weekend with the boys. Now he seems to like it just fine. Tarrin and Wyatt are really enjoying themselves. It's nice to be able to sit and watch this year. I think since I started putting my kids in swimming I have always done the mommy and me class. After swimming my sister-in-law Kim invited me and the boys to come swim at her friends house. The boys had so much fun and I had fun chatting with all the other moms. I can see why Kim misses living down here. She has such nice friends.

BOYS WEEKEND
Saturday morning Kevin was getting ready for work and as he was about to leave He said " I think we should go to the cabin this weekend" I had prior obligations with my church calling and I had told my sister-in-law that I could take her families pictures Sunday evening so I wasn't able to go. We decided it would be nice to let me have a much needed break and Kev and the boy's could have some male bonding time.
Maisey and my weekend - After Kevin left for the cabin I headed up to Logan to make hair bows with my sister-in-laws. It was really fun and I had picked up some cute ribbon from Joanne's Fabric. They are kinda bright colors but Maisey wore one to church on Sunday and it looked so cute. Later that night I went to dinner with my parents and my brother Chris. We tried a new Mexican restaurant by my parent's house. The food was okay but the fact that I wasn't helping everyone cut up their food was priceless. Sunday I took a short early nap before church. I can't believe how quiet my house is without any males here. Then Maisey and I went and taught my class. We teach the 6-7 yr. old primary class. It was a little difficult without Kevin there because Maisey wanted to be held and she likes to squeal while I was trying to teach. Afterwards I headed back up to Logan to take pictures. The weather was really nice and I think the pictures will turn out really good. I was worried about doing a group shot of about twenty five people but I think it turned out good. More info later about that. Overall it was a nice, quiet, relaxing weekend. However I missed my husband and my boy's.

Kevin, Tarrin, Wyatt, and Trey's weekend- Kevin stopped in Ashton and he and the boys had a burger.
Later that night they roasted hot dogs and had some smores. Trey had a fun time ringing the bell.

Sunday morning I got a call from Wyatt. He said "Mom, guess where I am?" "I'm at Home Faithful" He means Old Faithful. Its only about a forty five minute drive from our cabin. Kevin had asked them if they wanted to go fishing or go to Yellowstone and they picked Yellowstone. Kev said the kids had a ton of fun and I could tell. They wouldn't stop talking about it when they got home.

Maisey May Bergsjo?
Maisey's middle name is Colleen after me but I seem to always be calling her Maisey May after her Great Grandma. I went back and forth before she was born trying to decide what I liked best and decided that Maisey probably being my only girl I wanted her named after me. Now I'm always calling her Maisey May. I guess it's official Maisey May is her nickname.

ALMOST OVER
I'm watching Kennedy today, So of course the kids are all out on the slide. They are having so much fun. Tarrin is so good with Kennedy. He is always making sure the other boys are being nice to her and helping her with her towel and to get up and down the slide okay. I hope this is how he is going to treat his little sister when she gets older. I'm pretty sure he will since he has been nothing but great with her since she was born.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY
I couldn't let Fathers Day pass without mentioning my husband who is a great father to our kids. He is so supportive of everything that they do and always makes time for them. He is such a wonderful husband and I have always known that the kids and I are number one on his list. We always come first and everyday Kevin tells me and the kids how much he loves us. Thanks for being such a great father. We love you!

WATER SLIDE
After seeing Marty and Kim's water slide and much consideration including I have four kids now and I don't think I'll be going to the public pool much and wanting to get something for my kids to be entertained, I decided to get a water slide that we could have in the backyard. I took it out of the box and set it up for the kids to play. They had a blast! I thought it was so funny in the first picture I took Tarrin and Wyatt are hugging the slide. I think they are in love. Haley and the kids came over to play with us. Addie and Trey played in dirt a little bit and Zack and Tarrin had some wrestling matches. They all seemed to enjoy the slide. Wyatt came in and got his goggles so he could swim underwater. I had the pool set up for about four and a half hours. I guess it passed the entertainment test. The kids are all exhausted and Trey just came and told me he wanted to go to bed. I know I'm a genius(ha,ha):)Thanks for the idea kim!

WE LOVE BASEBALL
We had a blast at Tarrin and Wyatt's game tonight. They are both getting so much better. I got Wyatt on video today with one of his hits. Wyatt and the coach's son are the only boys that are going in to kindergarten. All of the other kids are going into second grade. I'm so glad that I can have them on the same team. I don't know what I'm going to do once Trey can play.
Tarrin had some great hits. It was so much fun to watch them. I am going to be sad once it's over. The coach is going to make sure we have the same team next year. He has such a passion for baseball and you can tell he loves what he does. The kids really like him and have learned so much.
Maisey and Trey have been little troopers through it all. It actually has gone pretty smoothly and I think I'm getting used to having all the kids with me at once. It does help that Kevin has been to all of their games to help out. Kevin loves watching the boys play. We are so proud of you boys!

MAISEY TALKING AND ROLLING OVER
Maisey is almost five months old on the fifteenth and she has started to notice that she has a voice. Her little squeals are so funny. She can now roll both ways so now I don't have to hear her crying because she's on her stomach and wants to be on her back. She is growing so fast and she is getting so tall.

CHOAS...PANIC...DISORDER... MY WORK HERE IS DONE
I can't believe how different all my boys are but the one thing they have in common is that when they turn three they are crazy until age four. Summer has official begun for me. My kids are already fighting with each other and getting into everything. The weather has been okay but I am looking forward to hot weather, so they can play outside in the water! I am looking forward to the rest of Tarrin and Wyatt's games and swimming lessons which start later this month. I figure if I keep them busy, they stay entertained. Later this evening it started to rain and we noticed this beautiful rainbow.
MY FAVORITE TREE
This morning Kevin went to the nursery and bought the last of our tree's. When we first moved in we had a landscaper draw up some plans for the yard. We have pretty much stuck to the plans and planted the stuff that was on them. I am starting to see that it was a really good idea. When we first started I have to admit I knew nothing about plants and tree's. Now a couple of years later I think I have learned a thing or two. There is so much color and I love to look out back and see my favorite tree. It's a Purple Robe Honeylocust. It has the prettiest purple flowers and it grows really fast. I like to just look at it anytime I'm in the kitchen. I was planting some plants around it today and I had a few visitors. There were huge honey bee's flying around. I hurried and planted as fast as I could and got out of there. I have been stung before and it's not fun.

Wyatt's Preschool Field trips
These are the pictures of Wyatt's Preschool field trips. At the end of the year Wyatt's teacher will give us a disk of all the pictures taken on the field trips. I always appreciate Wyatt's teacher taking the time to give us the disks because some of the field trips I couldn't attend.
1. Fishing- Wyatt's favorite part was catching a fish. He said it was a little fish.
2. Easter- The kids had their Easter egg hunt.
3. Feeding the ducks and having a picnic lunch- Wyatt said his friend Owen fed them some of his potato chips. Oh no!
4. Planetarium- Learned about Planets.
5. Animal Hospital- Wyatt said one cat was asleep. I hope it was just sleeping and not well you know.
6. Thanksgiving- Made Indian clothes. Wyatt liked the feathers.
7. Nature Center- I was able to go on this one. They did dances, saw some some wild life, Saw a tarantula(not my favorite part)went hunting for bugs and Butterflies. It was really fun.
8. Halloween- Wyatt liked the fake mice that ran really fast.
9. Grocery store- Tour of the Grocery store. We got to see how everything works. The freezer was really cold!!
