The Snake Hunter #1
A new season of catching snakes! Yeah for me. Wyatt caught this one on Tuesday last week. Yes they are in their swimsuits already. If you don't remember last year, Wyatt caught about ten snakes. I wonder what it will be this year. I guess it's time to have the talk again(Don't go and pick up just any snake talk)I'm already preparing for the insects, reptiles, and everything creep and crawly that I know I will get to see this year.

Easter
So I know I'm really behind on posts but I don't want to leave out Easter. I don't think my book at the end at the year would be quite the same without Easter. Sunday morning was the usual hectic morning trying to get all the kids dressed and out the door to make the 9:00 session. We made it and by Primary Maisey was such a little stinker that I decided to take her home and throw her in bed while Kevin stayed and taught our class. I don't know what I was thinking but I hadn't taken any pictures of her in her Easter dress, So I thought what the heck why not hurry and get a picture while she's still in it. That was a bad idea. As you can see she wasn't very happy.

After church we headed up to Logan were Kevin's family gets together for an Easter egg hunt. The kids have such a blast running around and getting eggs. Maisey picked up the first one she saw and that was good enough for her until she saw my sister-in-law Tara's kids going through their baskets and decided to help out. It's so much easier when they do all the work for you.

The boys always have so much fun with their cousins. They had a blast and got way too much candy. Later we walked over to the park and had a good time visiting and watching all the kids have a good time. I love Easter and all that it stands for. I am especially grateful for Jeffery R. Holland's talk on the atonement. If you didn't get a chance to listen to it make sure you read it in the Ensign, It was wonderful.

Baby Animal Days

Thursday I met my sister for Baby Animal Days at the Heritage Park in Wellsville. We had a great time! They had so much for the kids to do. Tarrin loved holding the baby chicks and baby ducks. I think the bunnies and puppies were Maisey's favorite. She would throw a fit when we would try and take the bunny away from her. She loved having it snuggle right under her chin. When she saw the puppies she got so excited and ran after them until she would catch one and give it hugs and kisses. She is so funny, I love seeing how cute she was with all of the animals. Wyatt loved running around and seeing all of the different things to do. They had a treasure hunt that was really fun and he won a prize at the end. Trey was content with his goodie bag of candy that he got when we walked through the entrance. I also got to see my three sister-in-laws there and Ashton and Tarrin were able to hang out with each other. The kids really enjoyed watching a sheep get sheared. I thought it was a lot of fun. The kids had so much fun they haven't stopped talking about it since. Trey has asked me everyday since "Can we hold the baby animals today"?

Maisey is not a baby anymore

So I'm a little sad today. Maisey is growing so fast and I don't have a baby anymore. I actually like the stage she is in better than the little baby stage it just makes you a little sad when they grow up so fast. Maisey loves to play outside so I took her out for awhile today. It's a little too cold but she doesn't mind. I think most of my time will be spent outdoors this Summer because she absolutely loves running around outside. Today she had so much fun playing with the neighbors wagon. I finally couldn't take the cold anymore so we went in with her kicking and screaming the whole way. She is getting quite the personality. She runs our house and we all could care less. We love our Maze.
