LUNCH WITH THE GIRLS/ GARAGE CLEANUP

Today I got together with my sisters and my mom. Every month we try to get together and have lunch and catch up on what's been going on. We haven't been going the last couple of months since me and my little sister both had babies. So I'm really glad that we have started it up again. My sister Jennifer was not able to make it. Hopefully next month, We can all be together. After I had our waitress take this picture, Amanda said "Oh great, You know this is going on her blog". My sisters know me too well. While I was away with the baby, Kevin started doing some Spring cleaning which started with the garage. I don't think we realized what a big project that it was. I think are neighbors thought we were having a yard sale. We took everything out.(Well, Kevin took everything out) I can't believe we fit that much junk in there. It was an all day project, but I'm happy to say that it looks much better. I think we might actually be able to find what were looking for now. Oh, Here's a picture of the fishing boat Kev's brother's wanted to see.

WORKING GIRL

Yesterday Kev called me to see if I wanted to come help him at work since Chad was away for the weekend and it was getting a little busy. I didn't know if I could be of any help considering we have four crazy kids. When I showed up Kev's friend Bronson was there helping out. It worked out pretty good, Maisey slept the whole time I was there and Wyatt and Tarrin played on the computer most of the time. Trey was the only one a little wild but it was okay because there was another family who had twin boys that he could play with. It slowed down a little while I was there so I just chatted with Bronson for awhile. Later that night Kev and I went on a date. We ate some dinner at T.G.I Fridays and I wanted to go to the mall(It's been awhile since I've been able to walk around the mall with practically no kids)I didn't get too much shopping done since every where we went, People wanted to take a look at the baby.
Tarrin is always playing computer games at Kev's work.

Trey and Wyatt thought it was fun pretending that they were driving the Porsche Speedster. P.S. I still have not recieved pictures of the kids in St. George. If you want to see them, Check out Jeremy and Amanda's blog.

Allergic Reaction

Yesterday started out as any other day. After Tarrin left for school , The kids and I went outside so I could attempt to start pulling weeds and getting the yard cleaned up. After about and hour we got in the car and went to get lunch( I hadn't been to the grocery store for awhile)After we got back, Wyatt and Trey played outside with the neighborhood kids for another couple of hours until it was time to come in and get cleaned up. Wyatt was having fun so he was whining that he had to come in. After he took a bath, I notice that he was acting kinda funny. He asked me to feed him his pizza. I thought this was rather odd considering he had been feeding himself for about four years now. I looked at his hands and noticed that they were very swollen. He also had hives all over his body. None of my kids have ever had hives so I was a little concerned. Wyatt told me that his hands started hurting when we had went to get lunch. I don't know why he didn't tell me sooner.

I gave him some Benadryl and contemplated calling the doctor. I did a little research on the Internet and decided to watch him for any other symptoms. I was worried throughout the night and gave him more Benadryl when I fed Maisey at her 3 a.m feeding. This morning I woke up to find his swollen hands looked a lot better.

When I was getting Wyatt ready for school, I pulled up his shirt to find hives all over his body(much worse than the night before)and decided this was enough. We drove to the doctor right away. When we were waiting in the doctors office, Wyatt started complaining that his foot hurt. I took off his sock and shoe to find that his foot was very swollen.

The doctor took a look at him and told me he was having a pretty severe allergic reaction. Wyatt had been taking Amoxillion for an ear infection. He told me to stop giving it to him. He prescribed Omnicef because his ear was still infected. I was a little shocked because Wyatt had, had Amoxicillion a number of times before with no reaction. The doctor said it didn't matter you can have a reaction at any time. He also told me to keep giving him Benadryl and I could give him Claritan in case it was caused due to allergies from outside. It's hard to pinpoint what can cause an allergic reaction because it can be a number of things. For now I am supposed to watch him and take him to the E.R if it gets a lot worse. He said it can take a couple of day's for the symptoms to go away. So I guess for now it's just a waiting game. The picture of his foot was taken about a half hour ago. His left foot is pretty swollen. Wyatt's not a very happy camper right now. He is itching a lot and kinda drowsy from the meds.

MOVIE DAY

We finally were able to go and see Horton Hears A Who. I pulled Kevin away from work for the matinee. Tarrin had won some gift cards at the last Jazz game to the Megaplex in Ogden. It was a really cute movie. Trey our little antsy one, actually sat still through most of it. Surprisingly even Maisey did good.(the first movie we took her to, she was fussy the whole time). There was only about three other families there so it was really nice. We almost had the whole theater to ourselves.

SEATTLE HERE WE COME!

Well it's official, Kevin booked the tickets today. We are going to Seattle for our Anniversary. I'm really excited because I have never been. It will be a short trip and we will be taking Maisey with us. Kevin has already been looking for things to keep us busy. We both love seafood so I'm extra excited.

A DAY OUT

Today I took a much deserved day and went to lunch with my friend Emily. Afterwards we went to cosco to grab a few things. As always you walk out of there with a lot more than you needed. I know everyone is probably getting tired of me always getting so excited about girl stuff but hey I had to wait a long time to get my girl. I found these cute outfits and sleeper and they only cost me about 25$ total. Emily and I went back and forth trying to condone buying a pair of True Religion jeans(they are so cute!) that were 112.00$. We finally decided to not buy them. Later come to find out Kevin and Chad(Kevin's buisness partner and Emily's husband) bought a fishing boat. I almost turned around and bought the jeans but hey someone has to be responsible :)More on that later. Here are the cute outfits I bought. Maisey can wear them if it ever warms up around here. Trey was so tired because of our day out, He is still sleeping. I better wake him up soon or I will have one late night ahead of me.
Lastly, I had my neighbor pick me up some weed killer from their good friends who own Willard Bay Gardens. Tomorrow I am going to start working on the yard. You might not hear from me in awhile for I hope to have my yard looking beautiful this year. If you remember last year I became pregnant and sick and my planter beds grew into small forests. I would love to hear from anyone who has great ideas on gardening. I have planted almost all the trees and shrubs that I will have, But I am hoping to plant alot more perennials this year. If you know of some flowers that grow well and are low matienence let me know.
