Kevin and the kids found the Huckleberry bushes by our cabin. We went out a few times and picked as many as we could. I wish we would have picked more! Oh well next year we will get more. Pepper was so funny! She would run around and eat the huckleberries. Here is she is all wet because it had rained the night before. I made Huckleberry jam with the Huckleberries and I have to say it is Delicious! It was so fun picking the Huckleberries with the family. On the last day we were there Kevin made some huckleberry pancakes. I just love being in Island Park!
