One's out and the other needs to come out!

Wyatt lost his first tooth on January 2nd. He came upstairs to show Kev and I that his tooth was now very loose. I got a damp wash cloth and told Wyatt I was going to clean the tooth and I pulled it out really fast. Wyatt didn't seem to mind and was excited to put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy. Wyatt's cousin Allisen lost her first tooth a few weeks ago and it was the same tooth as Wyatt's, Now there twinners!
Wyatt had to go to the doctor today for a sore throat and it was strep throat again. He has gotten so much lately that the doctors say that his tonsils have to come out. Our good insurance starts in February so we will schedule it sometime in February. Poor Wyatt. I feel bad for him but getting step throat every couple of months can't feel that great.
Princess Birthday Party
We had a princess Birthday Party for Maisey on Wednesday. Earlier in the day we went to the mall and let her pick out a dress at the dress shop that she was in love with the other day. I did steer her to the less expensive ones and she picked out a beautiful pink one. No surprise there!
had some lunch at Quilted Bear and went and ran some last minute errands for her party. After she took her nap, She woke up to streamers and princess decorations everywhere. I had made some cut out cardboard boxes to look like castles and painted them white.
Kevin made fun of me but Maisey sure liked playing with them and the cousins did too. Here they are already in pajamas after the party. Kevin showed up with thirty white, gold, and pink balloons to decorate with. Maisey loves balloons! My sister in law Tara made two beautiful cakes. A princess barbie cake and pink castle cake.
I didn't know she was going to make a castle cake. They both were so dang cute!
I just loved looking at those cute cakes and had a hard time cutting them up when it was time to eat cake and ice cream. We played a little game where the kids searched for jewels in rice crispies
then we panited nails and put on lip gloss..jpg)

Afterwards we opened presents. Maisey got a lot of cute stuff. She especially liked the necklaces and bracellets her Aunt Tara gave her. After she put them all on she had to go and sit on her lap..jpg)

She had fun doing girlie stuff with all of her girl cousins! It was a fun party. I can't believe she is two! I had to throw this picture in. My brother in law Marty put on my nephews Knight in Shining Amor costume and we all had a good laugh!

My baby is turning Two!
.jpg)
My baby girl is turning two years old on Friday! She has grown so much in the last few months and I defiantly do not have a baby anymore. She acts so grown up. She has been such a sweet spirit in our home. We have so much testosterone in this place and I am glad a have a little girlie girl to even things up a little. She is so girlie sometimes that I have to laugh. When Kevin and I were at the mall the other day, Maisey walked over to this new dress shop and was standing there in awe at all of the pretty dresses. She said "Daddy, Daddy come pretty!" We went in and you would have thought we were in a candy store the way she walked around and looked at all the dresses. She loves shoes, putting on nail polish, and wearing dresses! Thankfully I have a sister in law with three girls and she basically clothes Maisey from all of the stuff they give us. She loves Strawberry Shortcake and we love how she says Shortcake when she wants to watch her movie. Maisey loves to make us laugh. I love how toddlers are so amazed at everything they see. She is talking up a storm and fighting for attention along with her brothers. She has started throwing tantrums when she doesn't get her way. I guess that's usual for a two year old but we have to make sure not let her see us laugh at the way she throws herself on the floor and cries. She loves to take baths and if I'm not watching she will have her clothes off and sitting in the tub in about three seconds. She loves candy and gum. I don't like her having gum though because she hasn't mastered just chewing it and not swallowing it. She loves her babies and stuffed puppies and the stuffed monkey that her aunt Michelle gave her at Christmas. She will not go to sleep until they are all tucked into bed with her. Maisey is very cuddly. She loves giving kisses and hugs. I love Sundays when she gets to cuddle with her daddy and curl up and they take a nap together. Maisey loves music and loves to dance. Whenever she hears music, She immediately starts dancing. I almost forgot the girl is potty trained! I have never had a child under the age of two potty trained. No more diapers, Well except at bedtime. Maisey has been such a blessing to our family. Not a day goes by that she doesn't make each one of us smile. We love you Maze!

Happy 30th Birthday!
So I was not looking forward to my birthday at all! Who wants to get older, Not me! Kevin and I went and saw a movie on Friday to celebrate because I was going to be at my nephews wedding on Saturday. We went and saw the Blindside. It is a great movie and if you haven't seen it yet go and see it. On Sunday my actual Birthday. I woke up to this on my door and all these balloons on my house.

As we were going to church their was a big sign saying Heather Turns 30 with some balloons on the corner. I guess I wasn't going to hide anything because everyone going to church was going to see it.At church people would come up to me and hand me things like Fiber one and laxatives. Really I'm not that old. Kami and Anissa sure put a lot of work into making my birthday memorable! I love you guys! Later that night we were supposed to be going up to Logan and as we were about to leave when the doorbell rang. I asked Wyatt who it was and he said "Everybody!" When I opened the door their was my Mom, Dad, and my sister Amanda followed by Kevin's whole family, The Moffetts, The Neilds, The Stevens, Christine and Zoe, and Kami! I thought my mom had forgotten my Birthday but there she was! The night before Kevin called my sister and two of my sister in laws to round everybody up for a surprise party. I was shocked to see everyone. I was a little embarrassed because the house was a mess but kevin said that if he would have cleaned, I would have known something was going on. (doesn't clean much) I got more gag gifts, a candy bar cake, and some yummy smelling lotions.
My sister in law Tara made a fun cemetery cake with my headstone on it. She is so talented. I just love her cakes! Kevin read the post he made for me last year on my birthday and about made me cry all over again. I can't believe he pulled it off, I had no idea I was going to have a house full of people Sunday night.
I am so thankful for all of my friends and family. I feel so loved and am thankful for all of your support. Kevin did a great job of surprising me and making me so happy. I didn't like turning thirty but it helped to share it with people I love!

Christmas
Santa came and the kids were happy with what he brought them. Tarrin and Wyatt got DSI's and Trey got a big firehouse/Police house. Maisey got some princess shoes and she would have been happy with just that. She has a pair on first thing when she wakes up and is always changing which pair she wears throughout the day. We had to let her wear them up to our parents house because she was screaming when we would try to take them off. We had a good time in Logan visiting with family. My sister-in-law Tara had us over for the cousin exchange and food. Rob made a wonderful smoked turkey and we all brought salads and desserts. It was so yummy! We had a great time! Afterwards we went to my parents and ate again and exchanged presents. It was a good Christmas!
