Tarrin's Ski Trip

On Friday all of the fifth grade classes got to skiing up at Snow Canyon for a great price! I didn't know how much Tarrin would like it but that's all he has talked about since. He loved it! My neighbor Cristine went up with Zoe and so she got a picture of the two while they were up there. I was so happy Tarrin could experience Skiing. We will definitely be going as a family next year!

Baby Chicks

Kevin and the kids went and got our baby chicks on Friday. The kids are so excited! Every couple of minutes one of them will ask to go and check on the chicks or want to hold them. We gave are old ones away last Fall. They weren't laying very much and we didn't want to kill them. We gave them to a guy who lives on a farm and wanted them to fertilize his garden. I wish it was prettier outside to do some cute Easter pictures with the kids. Oh well maybe I will do some anyway.

Grandma turns 90!

Kevin's Grandma turns 90 years old on Monday and so Kevin's mom put together a surprise Birthday Party for her at the Bluebird restaurant in Logan yesterday. One hundred family and friends came to help celebrate! Wow 90! Happy Birthday Grandma!

Maisey's Valentine Party

I loved valentines day as a kid! Giving out Valentines and going through your box and getting so excited about your special treats and to see if the boy you liked gave you a Valentine with the word love or something on it, Which had to mean that he liked you right? And making your Valentine box was the best! Maisey had her Valentine party at Preschool today and loved it. Here is the box she made.

"I don't want to be the pinkie!"

The other day while I was in the store Kevin was talking with Maisey and they were discussing how many babies she wanted to have when she got older and she said that she wanted one. Then she told Kevin "Mommy had three babies" and Kevin said well lets count how many babies mommy had. Kevin held up the first finger and said Tarrin second finger Wyatt third finger trey and Maisey the fourth. After that Maisey got upset and didn't want to discuss it anymore. When I came out of the store Kevin told me that Maisey said that I only had three babies so then I started counting with my fingers and after I was done Maisey become upset and replied "I don't want to be the pinkie!" We couldn't figure out why she was so mad counting the kids but then we realized she was so upset because she didn't want to be the pinkie!

Valentines

Just finished up with the kiddos Valentines! Pinterest had some really cute ideas. Boys wanted the pop rocks and Maisey wanted the fishies.

A little Warmer

It has been pretty nice out today so all of the kids have been taking advantage of the weather. Tarrin and Mia thought it would be a good idea to put the little ones in the wagon with the dogs and go for a walk. I had to grab a picture. I love my neighborhood!
