Happy Birthday Trey!

Trey is getting so big! I can't believe he is going to kindergarten in the fall. I was filling out all his kindergarten roundup papers yesterday and thinking about how all of my kids are getting so much older. I will only have Maisey home with me and it won't be long before she heads off to preschool. Trey is such a mischievous little guy and has so much energy that I can hardly keep up with him. I took him in for his kindergarten checkup and he is only 30% for height and 10% for weight. All of our other kids are similar in weight but our usually at least 75% and above for their height. I guess he's our little runt. Trey wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese for his birthday so we went with some friends and family. He had a blast and told us it was the best Birthday ever! Trey wanted a bike for his birthday and his other one was getting a little small so he picked out this green one. I don't think we will ever get him off of it! Trey is such a funny little guy. We love you Trey Bre!

The Ogden 5K

I am registered for the Odgen 5k that will be held on Saturday May 15th. Already my sisters, a couple of my sister-in-laws,some cousins, friends and people from the ward have signed up to run with me. I think it will be so fun to have a big group of us all run in it. Let me know if you want to run with me. I may or may not be making some shirts for all of us to wear. We will definetly be going for breakfast afterwards! Pampered Chef

I am having a pampered chef party tomorrow at my house at 3:00. Everybody invited! Bring a friend and come have some yummy food and Malinda does a great job at demonstrating the products!

Checkup, Parent Teacher Conference, and Tooth Fairy

Maisey had her two year old check up today. 30% for weight and 75% for height. Everything looks great! I had to add this picture because this is typical Maisey. No clothes with moon boots and her daddy's hat. She would love to walk around naked all the time if I would let her and has even escaped out the front door with no clothes on in twenty degree weather! After she had her immunizations she just kept crying and saying "It hurts, It hurts" I felt so bad for her then she begins to tell me "there mean" which I replied yep there mean but mommy's nice so lets get out of here. She got a token for the toy box and picked out a necklace so that made her happy.
Yesterday we went to Parent Teacher Conferences. Tarrin and Wyatt are doing great. I don't worry about those two but I did have to laugh when Tarrin's teacher said Tarrin is like an absentminded professor, He is so intelligent but his desk is so disorganized that he can't find where anything is. I just looked over at Kevin with a smirk on my face thinking I wonder where he gets that from.
I had book club at my house the other night and Kevin said he would take the boys to the Tooth Fairy movie to get them out of the house for awhile. Well when he got home Maisey was crying "I want to go" So Kevin said get on some shoes and lets go. I was like are you sure you want to take all of them. Yep he took all of them. He said they did really good and Maisey even sat for most of the time. Such a good daddy, I wouldn't have taken all of them.
P.S. Went and saw Leap Year with some of the gals from the ward. Was a really cute and funny movie. Thanks for a great time!

A really good book

For all of you readers out there I just wanted to share some good books I have read lately. I finished Joan Pope a couple of weeks ago and loved it. It's been made into a movie but I'm not sure when it will be coming out. I really enjoy historical fiction and I couldn't put it down. Another good one is Same kind of different as me and right now I just started Bloodroot by Amy Greene. It's been good so far but I'm only about fifty pages into it. Happy reading!

One's out and the other needs to come out!

Wyatt lost his first tooth on January 2nd. He came upstairs to show Kev and I that his tooth was now very loose. I got a damp wash cloth and told Wyatt I was going to clean the tooth and I pulled it out really fast. Wyatt didn't seem to mind and was excited to put it under his pillow for the tooth fairy. Wyatt's cousin Allisen lost her first tooth a few weeks ago and it was the same tooth as Wyatt's, Now there twinners!
Wyatt had to go to the doctor today for a sore throat and it was strep throat again. He has gotten so much lately that the doctors say that his tonsils have to come out. Our good insurance starts in February so we will schedule it sometime in February. Poor Wyatt. I feel bad for him but getting step throat every couple of months can't feel that great.
