Pool Fun

We loved going to the pool everyday. My brother lives in a gated community with this pool. We went every day and it was sure nice getting the kids all tired out! Luckily only one injury. Trey hit into the side of the pool and got a nice little cut by his lip.

Cayucos Beach

My sister Amanda and I and all the kids drove to California for eight days to spend with my brother and family. We had talked about it last year but didn't end up doing it. The twelve hour drive was not very fun but the kids did really good. We had so much fun! I have to do individual posts since we did so much. We called this the kids trip since it was all about them and what they wanted to do. One day we took a couple hour drive and headed to Cayucos Beach. It was a beautiful drive, passing beautiful wineries. The kids loved, loved the tide pools! Finding crabs was at the top of their list! They found tons and even some really big ones. I loved the beautiful scenery! We did set up our stuff by a dead seal which was gross. But after we noticed it Jeremy covered it up and we couldn't smell it anymore! Maisey and Gwen loved running after the seagulls. Amanda and Amanda thought it was funny to put crackers on my back as I was laying out and watch this one seagull eat it off my back. Such a blast!

Maisey's lost tooth

Maisey lost her first tooth back in March but I forgot to blog about it. She has watched me pull out her brothers teeth, but when I didn't get it out the first try it took a few more hours to get enough courage for me to try again. She was very happy to put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy!

4th of July fun

Hyrum parade, family and friend fun, Farr West fireworks and glow sticks. We love our country!! After we left the fireworks show we noticed Maisey closing her eyes. She told us she could still see the fireworks when she closed her eyes and it was a party in her eyes!

Swimming lessons and pool fun 2014

Did swimming lessons with my friend Carly again this year. The kids had fun and learned a lot. Maisey and Trey have improved which makes me happy. Wyatt really liked his teacher. We stayed one day after swimming to hang out at the pool and my sister  Amanda joined us. It was fun taking some under water pictures!
